Motherpeace Tarot Workshop

The Motherpeace Tarot deck was published in the late 1970’s amidst what was at the time, a radical rise of feminism. Re-imagined through a goddess lens; the cards are different to the traditional Smith-Waite deck, yet the structure is there.
This deck invites us to re-introduce ourselves to Tarot . The cards have a different feel to them, and there is a pull to lean in, to listen, and to work with the intuition that’s been passed down quietly through generations, beneath the noise of systems that told us to stay small, or be quiet.
Join me at The Quest, at 750 Bourke Street, Docklands, in Melbourne for a day of exploration;
Be guided through a nurturing meditation to connect with the Motherpeace Tarot deck as an ally
Learn the herstory of Motherpeace, set against the backdrop of 1970s–80s feminism, goddess spirituality, and women’s art
Explore the symbolism of the round cards and how they invite flowing, intuitive expansive readings
Work with custom Motherpeace Tarot Card Spreads to reclaim your power, and envision your future story
Open to people with some level of card reading experience. This workshop will be relevant for experienced readers, past students and those that feel the call.

From Cards to Clients: Marketing Your Tarot Practice in Australia

In this session we’ll be talking about things you are probably already very much aware of, but perhaps have not actually done. Then again, it could be brand new, or you may have done this stuff before, and then let it slide. Im talking of course about the business side of Tarot and marketing things like;
- who your clients are
- your super powers
- niching
- social media
- content
- branding
- some who’s and how’s
We’ll be keeping this low-key, real and very do-able. You will need to bring a notebook and pen because we’re actually going to do the things.
Please also bring your Tarot deck as there will (of course) be a Tarot spread to clarify your path forward.
Go ahead and mark the date time and address in your diary - then just come along and pay by cash or card on the day. It’s $10 for Tarot Guild General Interest Members , free for Professional Members and $20 for non-members.

Those who are drawn to participate in Tarot classes, the Wise Woman program, Psychic Development or other healing events run by Soulful and Wild, come from all walks of life. There is no defined age bracket, socio-economic bracket or set level of experience. There is however a commonality, and that is the spark of light in the heart that is seeking oxygen and space to burn just a little brighter, sometimes a lot brighter. At the core of things, this is what it’s all about. Whether its a Healing workshop, a Tarot Taster, an Aromatherapy workshop, a Meditation event or one of our in person, Seasonal Retreats or Circles, its all about taking a deep metaphorical breath in, and letting it out real slow. These events are designed to nurture and support, so you can shine.
