Healing & Therapies in Albury Wodonga

I have been working in this space for many decades and pull from a big basket of therapies and healing practices, to help you feel better from the inside out.   

Therapies are offered in-person or online, and the cost is $150 per hour for each.

  • Offered in person, it rarely takes more than a few sessions. I love hypnosis because it is a creative way to help you make significant change very gently. With counselling, you are pulled into the problem, sitting in it until you work through it. With hypnotherapy, there is no emotional pain. You identify the issue once, then new data is provided to the subconscious mind, so that you can heal yourself quickly from the inside. It is a pleasant experience that leaves you feeling empowered and positive.

  • Offered over Zoom or in person, I can help you get to the other side of your problem. In the nicest possible way, I don’t want to see you every week. So I offer solutions-focused therapy to help you get conscious about what’s happening and identify your issues quickly. Most people seek counselling when a problem emerges in their life, one that feels too big to deal with on their own. Counselling provides a safe and confidential space, in which to explore the situation or issue, so that you can reflect, be heard, consider your own behaviours and responses, have emotional support, and discover your hidden resources as you work through it all.

  • Offered online, or in person in Albury Wodonga. Here we are living our daily lives, and mainly unaware of any other dimension, but imbalance can wreak havoc on us. As a Healer, I work on every level – emotional as well as physical – to redress dis-ease and bring energy and love through from Spirit. In these sessions, energy flows through to support you and fuel change and healing on every level in your body and mind. You can lie down at home, on your bed or couch during the healing session when we are working together at a distance. In person, you can recline in the healing chair in my office as I go into trance and allow the energy of Spirit to go through me into you. Spirit is intelligent, and energy flows bringing healing through for your highest good, under the guidance of Spirit.
