Managing The Challenges Of This Time
A Word of Advice from Spirit
When I asked, “How can I, or We, best manage our personal energy during these challenging times that we all face in our own lives?”, this is what was given;
Notice the feelings of the body…
Be in awareness of your own physicality. The boundary between yourself and the outer world…. Know it, feel it, retain it. Hold it steady easily.
Retain inner peace. Inner calm. Hold that, be aware. Notice, how things calm around you as you do, and it becomes easier for you to hold, or be in more peace .
Do the things that bring peace. Like walking on the grass, the earth, also feet in the water… Yes notice the rain, and the feel of the air on your skin. Be in your body, feel the sensations. This is an opportunity to be in the actuality of your life.
Yes there is a swirling mass of energy that many can or would be pulled into. Yet it is not necessary.
Small things will ground you and hold you and help you to stay in the moment. This in the moment experience is the truth, a truth, the reality of the life….
It is simple. Cook the food, chop the wood, carry the water…
Stay relaxed. Be in your body. Yoga, walk exercise breathe. ….
It is an utter simplicity to retain your balance.
The simplest and most solid if you will, is to breathe.
Breathe slowly with the fullest of awareness.
This is peace.
This is now.
This is life.
